Job Description

Job Purpose: The primary objective of this role is to provide efficient customer service by addressing customer queries over the phone on a daily basis. Additionally, the position entails promoting and selling banking products to existing customers via phone interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Resolving customer complaints and queries effectively through phone conversations.
  2. Providing customers with accurate and relevant information about products and services.
  3. Utilizing phone interactions to cross-sell a range of banking products.

Key skills:

  1. Fluent in spoken English and Hindi.
  2. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Competencies:
