Job Description
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is currently seeking candidates for the position of DM – EOL Testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software and programs based on PCBA functional test cases and Battery Pack Test cases.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software issues on ATE (Automatic Test Equipment).
- Create LabVIEW-based graphical user interfaces (GUIs) and generate test reports.
- Integrate software with various equipment, assembly lines, and MES interfaces.
- Optimize cycle times for existing testing machines.
- Implement integration of Flashing, Functional testing, Performance testing, and electrical testing with GUI software.
- Analyze test results, identify issues, track root causes, and suggest software improvements.
- Modify existing testing software to accommodate Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
- Develop user-friendly GUIs adaptable to production and quality requirements.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as electrical engineering, electronics engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is typically expected.
- Strong knowledge of electronics and electrical systems, particularly as they pertain to the product under testing.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and equipment used in End-of-Line (EOL) testing, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, as well as scripting languages for automating testing procedures.
- Capability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues encountered during testing, and collaborate effectively with other teams to address them.
