Eligibility Criteria for the Test
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a 3-year full-time degree in streams such as B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, or BMS.
- Backlogs/Arrears/ATKT: A maximum of one active or pending backlog is allowed during the interview phase. However, all backlogs must be cleared before joining TCS. These must be resolved within the standard duration of the course.
- Extended Education: Courses must be completed within the designated time frame. Extended durations are not permitted.
- Academic Gaps: Any breaks in education must be honestly declared in the TCS application form. The cumulative academic gap should not exceed 24 months, and supporting documents must be provided when applicable.
- Course Type: Only full-time academic programs are eligible. Part-time and correspondence courses will not be considered. However, candidates who completed their Secondary or Senior Secondary education through NIOS are eligible, provided their subsequent studies were full-time.
- Work Experience: This hiring is for trainee roles. Still, if a candidate has any prior work experience, it must be disclosed in the application.
- Work Environment: Candidates should be open to working in a 24/7 rotational shift setup, including night shifts, based on project demands.
- Age Criteria: Applicants must be between 18 and 28 years of age.
