Job Description
Job Purpose:
This is an entry-level position within the Global Advantage Business Information Security Office (GA-BISO), where you will report to GA-BISO team consultants and leaders. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a solid understanding of the GES suite of web-based technologies (Global Advantage) and contribute to various projects overseen by the GA-BISO team. This role presents an opportunity to establish a career while gaining expertise in global standards related to data privacy, legislation, IT security, and software development.

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor and ensure compliance with a diverse range of existing security controls and processes.
• Identify, track, and promptly resolve issues as they arise.
• Assist in designing and implementing new controls as needed.
• Conduct regular user reviews to ensure adherence to firm and SOC-2 controls.
• Prepare initial responses to security-related inquiries to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
• Consistently meet client expectations and project deadlines.
Key Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and quick adaptability to new skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within the ever-evolving BISO security landscape. • Proficiency in working within a virtual environment, collaborating with core team members located in India, UK, and US.
• Proactive identification of risks, determination of root causes, and proposing effective solutions to mitigate these risks.
• Excellent communication skills to address non-compliance with key stakeholders regarding security controls.
Additional Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of security compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC-2.
• Proficiency in Excel VBA.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Previous experience in Cyber Security and/or Quality & Risk management.
