Position Summary
The Analyst role in Technology Support Services – End User Support at Deloitte offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service. TSS serves as a crucial point of contact for all IT-related incidents and service requests. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, effective communication skills are essential to engage with a diverse range of individuals via email, phone, or in-person interactions. The role requires a highly motivated team player with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Work you’ll do The primary focus of this role is to provide world-class customer service to all visitors at the ITS Walk-up. Responsibilities include providing hardware and application support, managing and tracking hardware and software assets, installing and configuring firm-standard images on laptops, interacting with external customers and vendors, implementing new initiatives under the guidance of supervisors or managers, providing after-hours emergency support on a rotational basis, and handling mobile device deployment and support tasks. Building and nurturing relationships with business users at all levels within the organization, promoting ITS services, understanding business needs, and taking ownership of problem resolution are key aspects of the role. Maintaining updated technology-related information to enhance customer experience and adhering to existing processes, including documenting problems and resolutions, are vital. Additionally, the role involves password resets and workstation management in Active Directory, providing training and support for audio/video conference equipment, and assisting infrastructure teams with local hands-on activities.
The team The TSS team is a proud part of Deloitte’s Information Technology Support Services, operating in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Delhi. The team’s mission is to provide world-class customer service through various support tasks at the ITS walk-up. This includes new hire laptop setup, end-of-lease activities, PDA support, printer support, and local office video conference support.
Qualifications Required:
- B.Tech, BE, or Engineering Graduates
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Lync, Windows and macOS operating systems, mobile device hardware and software, networking, video conferencing, audio/video equipment, and Active Directory administration
Preferred:
- ITIL Certification
- Microsoft MCITP Certification
- A+/N+ Certification is a plus
- Industry certifications such as Dell or HP are beneficial
- Basic knowledge of overall network/systems security
