Job Description

The role involves carrying out customer identification and due diligence checks through video calls.

The candidate must be consistent, thorough, accurate, and credible while performing these duties and ensure that requests are closed within stipulated timelines.

It is essential to capture call interactions completely and accurately and maintain acceptable defect rates.

The candidate must exhibit the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that customers are comfortable throughout the verification process and adhering to the bank’s grooming standards. Additionally, promoting digital banking services and cross-selling relevant products for a superior customer experience is an integral part of the role.

Profiling customers for cross-servicing bank products and following all laid-down systems and processes as stipulated by audit and senior management is crucial.
