Job Description

At Freshworks, the software development teams collaborate closely with the product teams and are organized into squads. Each squad consists of a few product managers and designers and several software engineers. Each engineer is responsible for a specific area of a product/platform, such as backend, frontend, testing, or operations. The squad takes ownership of the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for their area and delivers high-quality features for our products. Freshworks is seeking individuals who love programming and problem-solving and who would fit well into an engineering role.

Qualifications:

Freshworks is looking for intelligent, driven, and enthusiastic students who will be graduating in 2022 to join our product development organization. We look for the following traits in recent college graduates interested in software engineering (development):

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Hands-on programming experience in any language
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and OOPs concepts
• Passion for building things from scratch
• Developing web/mobile apps during college is an added advantage.

Eligibility:

This opportunity is open to final-year college students set to graduate by July 2022 and are ready to join as full-time employees upon graduation.

Freshworks welcomes applicants pursuing undergraduate degrees from any field.

Unfortunately, we do not have positions available for fresh PG students at this time.

Graduates who completed their degrees in 2021 or earlier may apply, but openings are limited, and the hiring process is based on current job availability.
