S&P Global Off Campus Hiring 2026 – APPRENTICE, TECHNICAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Key Responsibilities

Analytics:
Support Technical Relationship Managers in conducting regular technical reviews of client accounts to identify patterns, performance trends, and potential service gaps, enabling timely resolution.

Reporting:
Help maintain and update tracking systems and milestone documents, ensuring all critical data is accurate and current.

Client Engagement:
Assist in client-facing initiatives by coordinating with client IT teams and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.

Team Contribution:
Play a key role in delivering high-quality, personalized service to strategic clients.

Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams such as Product Management, Client Support, and Relationship Management to support product enhancements and client-focused initiatives.

Qualifications
