Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supplier development activities by coordinating with managers and various internal teams.
• Partner with supply chain leaders, procurement teams, material planners, and quality departments to enhance supplier performance.
• Support supplier improvement initiatives focused on safety, performance monitoring, and capability development.
• Evaluate supplier-related data to identify patterns, performance gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators, including delivery timelines, quality standards, and supply consistency.
• Participate in implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement plans with suppliers.
• Promote workplace safety practices and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving supplier responsiveness and increasing overall supply chain effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining and molded component production.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools.
• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to supply chain operations, procurement activities, or supplier quality management.
• Understanding of performance indicators such as delivery reliability and quality defect rates.
