DHL Off Campus Hiring – HR Intern
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Analytics
- Assist in gathering, organizing, and maintaining recruitment-related data.
- Support the creation of reports and dashboards to track and present recruitment performance metrics.
- Contribute to the analysis of hiring data to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition activities in collaboration with local HR teams and center representatives.
Digitalization and Automation Initiatives
- Support the documentation and evaluation of existing HR workflows and business processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of workflow automation and digital solutions.
- Participate in testing, validating, and assessing HR tools and software applications.
Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain and update HR databases to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of information.
- Assist in preparing scheduled and on-demand reports for HR leaders and key stakeholders.
- Provide analytical support to the HR Manager by generating insights that contribute to informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Recent graduates or students currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline are encouraged to apply. Engineering students with an interest in Human Resources are also welcome.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Availability to begin the internship from July 2026 onwards for a minimum duration of six months and a maximum duration of one year.
