Job Description

The incumbent ensures compliance with Corporate and SEC standards for revenue recognition. They provide guidance to the sales organization prior to finalizing contracts.

Responsibilities The following responsibilities are outlined in the job posting: Global Order Management

The Global Order Management Team is responsible for validating and processing executed contracts in accordance with established procedures, policies, and standards. This entails collaborating with various cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales, Partners, Business Finance, Business Practices, and upstream and downstream processes to ensure accurate and timely order processing and revenue recognition.

The team manages both online and offline submissions for License, Hardware, Cloud, Support Renewal, and Education.

Job Role

  • Perform data entry, verify records, and validate policies in alignment with current business practices and Desk Manuals – HW/License/Cloud/Support Renewal/Edu.
  • Identify queries on non-compliant requests and work with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve them, providing necessary details for potential resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream teams such as CDM, IB, Collection, AR to resolve customer-related issues.
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines, including SOX, internal and external compliance audits.
  • Continuously strive to enhance technical and process knowledge and participate in assessment programs, updates, LLC, etc.
  • Meet defined KPIs, including Input Quality, Output Quality, Efficiency, and Turnaround Time.
  • Demonstrate Customer Centricity by resolving issues in a timely and effective manner, thereby earning the customer’s trust.
