ENGINEER – SYSTEM SOFTWARE

Job Summary
• This position requires the application of extensive knowledge in the technical discipline or advanced expertise in specific technical practices.
• The individual will identify issues within existing systems and make modifications using established work procedures.
• This role is operationally focused and entails the completion of day-to-day defined tasks.
• The individual will work closely under the supervision of the Team Lead/Project Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Accountable for tasks such as design, coding, testing, bug fixing, documentation, and technical support within the assigned area. Timely delivery is essential while upholding quality and productivity objectives.
• Adherence to guidelines and checklists for all deliverable reviews, submission of status reports to the team lead, and compliance with relevant organizational processes are part of the responsibilities.
• Expected to enhance technical proficiency through training, self-study, and periodic technical assessments.
Education and Experience Requirements
Applicants should hold an engineering degree, MCA, or equivalent. Experience: 0-2 years

- Possesses less than 1 year of professional experience
- Demonstrates proficiency in a programming language and has completed academic projects utilizing that language
- Understands the use of an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for software development and possesses foundational knowledge of coding standards
- Exhibits strong problem-solving and reasoning skills, capable of addressing basic programming challenges and implementing data structures and algorithms”
