Responsibilities:
As a Query Management – Customer Service Technology Support Associate, you will be a vital part of our Customer Support vertical.
Your main responsibilities include effectively addressing customer queries, managing escalations, handling complaints, and ensuring the best possible resolutions for dissatisfied customers.
Your role also entails meeting fault and complaint closure targets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You will be a crucial member of the Query Management team, providing inbound/outbound call and email/chat support to resolve customer issues.
This position is aligned with our Customer Service Technology Support team, which focuses on providing technical assistance for specific systems, software, and infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting technical problems.
