Responsibilities of a Customer Service Associate: As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, your mission is crystal clear: prevent issues, resolve inquiries, and exceed our customers’ expectations. You will be the initial point of contact for our customers, responding to their queries via phone, chat, and/or email. This encompasses a wide range of topics, from order and product inquiries to payment concerns and website assistance. Our Customer Service Associates employ various tools to navigate, research, and propose solutions while ensuring effective communication with customers.

Working Hours: This role entails working flexible hours to align with our customers’ needs. You will be on a 24X7 schedule, with a minimum of 5X8-hour workweeks. To meet our customer demand, we schedule shifts within the operating hours of 12 am to 12 pm, spanning from Sunday to Monday. There may be a requirement to work on national holidays, and you will receive detailed information about your schedule closer to your start date.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum age: 18 years old

• Eligibility to work in India

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

• Competence in using a computer

• Availability to work flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday between 12 am to 12 pm

• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (including early, late, overnight, weekends, and overtime as needed)

Desirable Qualities:

• Diligent, articulate, and detail-oriented

• Customer-centric and friendly in all situations

• Quick learner with an adaptive mindset

• Capable of multitasking in a high-energy environment
