About this Role:

We are searching for highly motivated and talented individuals to become integral members of our team. This internship program provides hands-on experience across various technologies, offering an opportunity to hone skills and gain insights into the retail domain while collaborating with our seasoned professionals. A successful candidate will primarily concentrate on achieving business results through the creation and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions tailored to meet evolving business requirements.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with the design, installation, and configuration of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS and Azure).
2. Identifying, categorizing, and responding to Network, Security, and Compute system events.
3. Performing routine maintenance and updates of cloud systems and applications, including patching, backup, recovery, etc.
4. Supporting and monitoring Infrastructure and IT security systems.
5. Supporting and enhancing existing Business Applications.
6. Participating in Incident Management, Problem, and Change Management.
7. Collaborating with team members to contribute to the overall success of deliverables.
8. Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and developments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering (Computer Science or Information Science).
• Participating in providing support for Linux and Windows systems.
• Involvement in IT security monitoring tools and access control.
• Good understanding of full-stack development.
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
