Job Requirements


In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional service within the Customs service line, supporting our DGFF regions and countries globally. The position entails comprehensive training to proficiently execute various tasks, including file opening, document management, supporting shipment details, processing customs entries such as registration and invoice declaration, managing invoices and costing, handling customs data validation and enrichment, and providing global customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understand the documentation requirements of the station/country and ensure the execution of tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  2. Ensure compliance with department Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on agreed delivery guidelines.
  3. Maintain a high level of service quality by ensuring timely and accurate completion of services.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to identify solutions, share best practices, and explore opportunities to enhance service delivery to business partners.
  5. Promptly report any operational challenges to the immediate supervisor and business partner.
  6. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for regular communication and the flow of information as defined for the respective service.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  1. Bachelor’s degree; a degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or management is advantageous (Undergraduate degree for GSC MNL & BOG).
  2. 0 – 3 years of job experience in BPO or logistics domain (preferred).
  3. Proficient in MS Office.
  4. Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal (Spanish & Mandarin language skills for BOG & CTU).
  5. Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs).
  6. Detail-oriented with good logical reasoning skills.
  7. High level of customer centricity.
