Job Description – Johnson & Johnson Recruitment 2024 | Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Enhance data collection and reporting procedures through the identification of automation potentials, development of efficient workflows, and implementation of industry best practices.
- Showcase proficiency in Excel and Tableau by extracting sales performance data from extensive datasets utilizing CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Foster effective collaboration with regional and local Field Sales and Marketing teams, employing strong communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate a team-oriented atmosphere and propel collaborative data-driven initiatives.
- Compile and present monthly reports on the health of VELYS Digital Surgery products’ business, involving the gathering, consolidation, cleaning, and compilation of data.
- Provide assistance to Commercial Effectiveness initiatives as required, collaborating across departments such as Sales, Marketing, IT, Data, and Finance to ensure the accuracy of commercial insights.
- Aid in regional commercial operations by constructing reports and dashboards to facilitate funnel management, targeting, and prioritization efforts.
- Contribute to the excellence of commercial launches in key markets, potentially through project management and/or analytics tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
- Demonstrated competence in Data Science languages, with a preference for proficiency in Python or R.
- Proficiency in data visualization software like Tableau or Qlik.
- Strong team player.
