SmartBear Off Campus Hiring – Associate Software Engineer Intern
About the Role: As a Software Engineering Trainee at SmartBear, you will acquire essential skills to prepare you for an Associate Software Engineer position. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing an existing product by adding new features and making general improvements.
Day-to-Day Activities: Your daily responsibilities will include writing code, collaborating with team members, and planning future projects. You’ll work closely with other developers, automation engineers, product designers, and product managers.
Agile Methodology and Scrum: You will gain practical experience in Agile Methodology within a Scrum framework, a common approach for organizing teamwork in software companies. In a Scrum framework, development teams work on parts of a large project in short sprints, typically lasting around two weeks.
Innovation and Team Satisfaction: Being part of the team, you will experience the satisfaction of creating something from scratch. Software engineers at SmartBear often find themselves innovating and exploring new frontiers.
