This role involves managing moderate to complex queries and addressing a range of policy and billing-related concerns from both internal and external customers. The position requires delivering prompt, accurate, and professional assistance, resolving service issues, documenting customer requests, and processing necessary policy updates. Customer service may include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to correspondence, managing communication from multiple channels, and transferring calls for specific service transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and maintain information in relevant databases.
  • Stay updated on current marketing campaigns to provide accurate and timely responses to related inquiries using all available resources.
  • Manage requests for customer documentation (including all company-issued materials), explain their purpose clearly, outline any required follow-up actions, and update records accordingly.
  • Possess a sound understanding of insurance policies, related procedures, and workflows.
  • Process changes to customer policies with precision based on provided details and identify cross-selling opportunities where relevant.
  • Use effective questioning techniques and active listening to understand customer needs, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
  • Strive for first-call resolution and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for all transactions.
  • Handle standard, complex, and unique customer queries effectively.

Education

  • Commerce or Arts graduates from the 2024/2025 batch (Graduation degree is mandatory).

Experience

  • Fresh graduates with a Commerce or Arts degree are eligible to apply.
