Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate first-call resolution and ensure customer satisfaction for all handled transactions.
  • Address and resolve routine, complex, and unique customer questions or issues.
  • Accurately input and track data in relevant databases.
  • Stay updated on new marketing campaigns to respond effectively to marketing-related inquiries using available resources.
  • Process policy changes accurately based on provided information, identifying cross-selling opportunities when applicable.
  • Use probing questions and active listening to understand customer issues, demonstrating empathy and concern for their situations.
  • Handle requests regarding customer documentation, clearly explaining the content and any necessary follow-ups or updates.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of insurance policies, processes, and procedures.
