Electrical EEE E&C Instrumentation & Controls Environmental Mechanical JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support and service through calls, emails, and tickets.
- Complete assigned offline activities.
- Adhere to given Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and report any unresolved issues or escalations to L2.
- Ability to diagnose and analyze technical problems.
- Analyze various systems and energy data to identify potential energy optimization opportunities.
- Work on projects that involve data mining, analysis, and presentation.
- Follow up and fulfill commitments to customers.
- Be flexible with shifts and days off as required. Essential Competencies/ Primary Skill Set:
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for technology and customer support.
- Demonstrable ability to work in a fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment.

Technical Skills
- Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.
- Basic understanding of HVAC.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, semiconductors, and microcontrollers.

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
Preferred Prior Experience in:
- Field project delivery in BMS & HVAC Commissioning, PLC & DCS programming, Energy Meter/Chiller/etc.
- Understanding areas of energy leakage.
- Working with sequence of operations for HVAC assets such as hot water systems, chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, etc.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of HVAC assets and operations to fine-tune the sequence of operations for future events.
