Job Description
Job Summary To support our exceptional teams in product development and contribute to our continued growth, we are seeking an Analyst – Accounts Payable based in Coimbatore.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Process invoices in accordance with standard operating procedures and meet performance targets.
- Resolve discrepancies in invoices following standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a daily productivity log for the team.
- Generate and update reports for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Inventory Control (IC), and Fixed Assets (FA).
- Contact customers to confirm invoice and shipment receipt.
- Make rectification entries for errors identified by the internal Quality Control (QC) team.
- Create sales orders (SO) and purchase orders (PO).
- Provide weekly reports on sales and inventory.
- Reconcile sub-module data with the trial balance.
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with Finance functional teams to assist with basic macros.
- Adaptability to work in a challenging environment with strict project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate with a degree in BCom/BBA (Finance)/MCom/MBA (Finance).
- Basic proficiency in MS applications.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP Systems.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Adaptability to work in a challenging environment with strict project deadlines.
