Job Description

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation Year: 2025
  • Academic Performance:
    • For B.Tech and MCA: A minimum of 7.0 CGPA (or equivalent) throughout all academic stages.
    • For B.Sc and BCA: A minimum of 6.5 CGPA (or equivalent) across all academic levels.
    • No active backlogs are permitted.
  • Eligible Disciplines:
    • B.Tech: Circuit branches including Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
    • B.Sc: Specializations in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
    • MCA and BCA graduates.

Selection Process:

  1. Aptitude Test: Duration – 75 minutes.
  2. Coding Round: Duration – 60 to 90 minutes.
  3. Interviews: Three stages focused on Technical skills, Business Understanding, and HR.
    • Note: Each interview stage is an elimination round.

Recruitment Timeline:

  • Application Screening: December 26, 2024 – January 8, 2025
  • Online Test: January 9–14, 2025
  • Interviews: From January 16, 2025, onward

Compensation Details:

For B.Tech/MCA Graduates:

  • Total Compensation (3 Years): ₹22 LPA
    • Year 1: ₹6 LPA + ₹1 Lakh Joining Bonus (subject to a 12-month clawback).
    • Year 2: ₹6.6 LPA
    • Year 3: ₹7.4 LPA + ₹1 Lakh Retention Bonus (subject to a 12-month clawback).
    • Retention Bonus Breakdown: ₹50,000 paid with the 25th-month salary. The remaining ₹50,000 is distributed upon achieving two promotions within the program tenure, based on performance. If promotions are delayed, this amount is forfeited.

For B.Sc/BCA Graduates:

  • Total Compensation (3 Years): ₹21 LPA
    • Year 1: ₹5.5 LPA + ₹1 Lakh Joining Bonus (subject to a 12-month clawback).
    • Year 2: ₹6.25 LPA
    • Year 3: ₹7.25 LPA + ₹1 Lakh Retention Bonus (subject to a 12-month clawback).
    • Retention Bonus Breakdown: ₹50,000 paid with the 25th-month salary. The remaining ₹50,000 is distributed upon achieving two promotions within the program tenure, based on performance. If promotions are delayed, this amount is forfeited.

Internship Program Overview
