Job Role
As a Management Trainee, your responsibilities will include evaluating credit proposals, covering financial, business, and industrial risk, and making decisions on loans.
You will need to verify the promoter’s track record and assess their creditworthiness, as well as analyze the financial statements of prospective customers to identify their short-term and long-term solvency and liquidity positions.
Your role also involves ensuring that bounce rate and delinquency are within acceptable standards, monitoring and enforcing approval rate and TAT as per prescribed standards, and ensuring that the monthly branch audit score is satisfactory.
You will also be responsible for vendor management, conducting customer meetings to evaluate credit proposals, tracking and closing PDD, and ensuring compliance with repayment instrument replenishment to ensure regular repayment of EMI.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assessing credit proposals that include financial, business, and industrial risks, and deciding on loan approval is a crucial task for the role.
Additionally, evaluating the creditworthiness and verifying the track record of promoters is a part of the responsibilities.
