Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong interest in recruitment and interpersonal interaction to join our vibrant Talent Acquisition team for a 6-month internship.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  1. A recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. A genuine enthusiasm for recruitment and talent acquisition.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  7. Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  8. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  9. Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  10. A good grasp of technology and recruitment tools is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Intern:

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  2. Resume Review: Evaluate resumes to shortlist qualified candidates and maintain a structured talent pipeline.
  3. Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Candidate Communication: Provide timely updates to applicants about their recruitment status and address queries.
  5. Applicant Tracking: Keep candidate records accurate and up-to-date in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  6. Job Advertisement: Assist in drafting and publishing job postings while tracking their effectiveness.
  7. Employer Branding Support: Help with creating social media content and coordinating recruitment events to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
