Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly and effectively to executive ad-hoc requests regarding project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
  2. Organize intricate information strategically and compellingly, showcasing strong design proficiency and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques. Generate wireframes and mock-ups rapidly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
  3. Communicate proficiently with key business partners to grasp project details and coordinate subsequent steps.
  4. Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town hall meetings, employee recognition events, and strategy working sessions.
  5. Gather and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.
  6. Engage in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, constantly seeking opportunities to simplify, enhance, and add value to existing business processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  1. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Demonstrate a track record of delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reports for various projects and stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail is essential, with a continuous focus on design excellence.
  3. Exhibit exceptional organizational and project management skills.

  1. Ability to articulate and justify design decisions thoughtfully.
  2. Proficiency at an intermediate level in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).
  3. Self-motivated, determined, and capable of working independently to a high degree.

  5. Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional time management and prioritization abilities.
