SmartDocs Hiring Programmer Trainee
Core Competencies:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or Software-related fields.
- Recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in Java application development are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a growth mindset—open to learning from mistakes and supporting team development.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical abilities, coupled with a professional approach at all organizational levels.
- Solid understanding of Java and frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot (required), along with J2EE technologies including Servlets, JSP, and web servers.
- Proficient in web development technologies like HTML, JavaScript, XML, and CSS.
- Exposure to Angular is considered an added advantage.
- Candidates should be collaborative, eager to learn, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and driven to grow within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Involved in the design, development, and deployment of high-performance applications.
- Leverages strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills along with technical expertise.
- Capable of effectively interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in identifying and resolving technical issues with a methodical approach.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to testing and deployment, is beneficial.
- Proactively identifies potential challenges and contributes to developing effective solutions.
- Maintains in-depth product knowledge to provide optimal solutions.
- Supports clients throughout the project lifecycle and ensures smooth transition to support teams.
- Analyzes current business workflows and actively contributes to process improvement initiatives.
