Core Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for customer-reported issues and ensure they are resolved completely.
- Conduct thorough research, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and determine effective solutions for system-related problems.
- Adhere to established procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Demonstrate both functional and technical understanding of the application.
- Utilize internal databases or external resources to provide precise technical solutions.
- Ensure accurate logging of all reported issues.
- Prioritize and manage multiple open cases simultaneously.
- Generate clear, accurate, and timely reports.
- Create and maintain documentation of technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in an Application Support Engineer role.
- Proficiency in SQL, MongoDB, and basic network configuration.
- Familiarity with databases and APIs.
- Coding knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience in application, production, or product support.
- Ability to quickly learn and excel in employer-specific software.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to diagnose and resolve application issues.
- Basic understanding of IoT and software (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
