Job Description
Position Summary
Wolters Kluwer India Pvt Ltd (Pune) is seeking an Associate Performance Testing Engineer for our Pune Global In-house center (GIC). The primary responsibilities of this role are outlined as follows:
Technical Experience:
- Proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming (OOP) skills.
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic familiarity with databases, particularly SQL Server.
- Preferred knowledge and experience in performance testing.
- Understanding of testing techniques and various testing types.
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn the fundamentals of performance testing, including basics, implementation, and the use of testing and monitoring tools, as well as various testing types and techniques.
- Identify and validate test objectives while implementing the defined test approach.
- Implement the test approach using specified workflows and develop scripts using the required techniques.
- Conduct test executions and effectively diagnose and troubleshoot any encountered issues.
- Conduct preliminary analysis of test results.
- Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders.
- Assist in creating test data.
- Execute tests in multiple environments according to the testing plan.
- Log and track defects while providing support during triage.
