NTT DATA, Inc. is currently seeking a “Help Desk Associate” to become a part of our team based in “Bangalore.”

Key Responsibilities:

As a Help Desk Associate, your primary responsibilities will encompass the following:

  1. Provision of exceptional IT Service Desk support, offering guidance and training to end-users regarding various IT devices, applications, or processes.
  2. Prompt recording, updating, and escalation of support issues to the appropriate level.
  3. Support for all IT onboarding activities for end-users.
  4. Collaboration with internal IT teams for system testing, integration, and maintenance purposes.
  5. Exploration and evaluation of new IT business tools to aid our business users and the internal IT Team.
  6. Identification, suggestion, evaluation, and implementation of process and technology enhancements.
  7. Demonstrated willingness to learn and expand expertise in other IT business domains.

Requirements for the Role:

To excel in this role, the following qualifications and attributes are necessary:

  1. Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
  2. Exceptional customer service aptitude.
  3. Strong collaborative skills and ability to function effectively within a team.
  4. Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Robust troubleshooting abilities, adept at identifying and resolving bugs.
  6. Capability to work autonomously within a diverse global team.
  7. Proficiency in IT software and hardware troubleshooting (Win 10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and Microsoft Environment).

Preferences – Optional (Nice-to-Haves):

  1. Embrace individuality, openness, hunger for growth, humility, collaboration, and a proactive approach to challenges.
  2. ITIL foundation certification is a plus, along with flexibility and readiness to work in a rotational 24*7 shift pattern.
  3. Availability to work Monday to Friday (07:00 AM to 05:00 PM EST) is essential, with flexibility for shift adjustments as per client demands, including overtime and weekend commitments based on business requirements.
