Job Description

The job role involves providing technical assistance and answering product-related queries to clients through phone and email. Here are the key responsibilities of the job:

  • Offer technical support and best practice tips to clients to increase meeting attendance through Cvent’s marketing engine.
  • Gather client requirements for upcoming product releases and implement changes in the event management software.
  • Create and maintain all product documentation.
  • Implement and manage online portions of client events as required.
  • Communicate with clients and review initial implementation, making necessary changes.
  • Provide suggestions to improve overall implementation results and help clients achieve their goals.
  • Document all client communication in Cvent’s CRM software.

  • Bachelor of Technology degree with 0-9 months of work experience, if any.
