About the team: Talent acquisition involves the essential process of employers in recruiting, tracking, and interviewing job candidates, as well as facilitating the onboarding of new employees. This function typically falls under the responsibility of the human resources (HR) department, and its significance cannot be overstated.
About the role: As a member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting, tracking, coordinating, and interviewing candidates until they are successfully onboarded.
Expectations/Requirements:
- Source suitable profiles based on the organization’s requirements.
- Schedule and brief candidates about the job profile.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage stakeholders when necessary.
- Drive the entire recruitment process.
- Capture and update data using the Management Information System (MIS).
- Perform other HR activities as needed.
