Job Description
Responsibilities
The aforementioned manufacturing operations management systems/tools play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations within our global factories. As a member of the Global IT Support team, your responsibilities will include:
- Promptly handling incidents and support requests.
- Providing L1 & L2 support to users of the aforementioned systems.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with these systems.
- Staying updated on new developments and upgrades in the systems.
- Developing and maintaining test scripts for essential system functionalities.
- Conducting regression testing for system maintenance, improvements, and releases.
- Managing the deployment of packages and builds to Test and Production servers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Competencies
- Aptitude for understanding manufacturing business processes.
- Broad knowledge of Engineering Basics.
- Familiarity with Wind Turbines.
- Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders globally.
- Proactive and proven ability to work efficiently both independently and in teams.
- Structured and technically proficient approach to work, with a quick learning ability.
