Job Title – Process Associate – Opportunity to Cash

The key responsibilities of the Process Associate – Opportunity to Cash role include the accurate and timely execution of transactional services outlined in the global product catalogue for internal customers, in alignment with company regulations and guidelines. This entails receiving customer calls and registering notifications in the ERM tool, dispatching engineers, uploading productive hours of engineers, closing notifications, and conducting NPS surveys. The role also involves performing assigned tasks promptly and maintaining the highest standards of quality. Rigorous follow-up and closure of pending queries or open topics with a sense of ownership are crucial. Additionally, complete reporting of activities handled on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, as per requirements, is expected. Adherence to a robust tracking mechanism for processed transactions on a daily basis is essential. Flexibility to work in shifts, including month ends, is required.

The desired qualifications for this role include good communication skills, proficiency in the English language with a clear accent and a presentable voice, the ability to handle pressure effectively, efficiency and speed in task execution, problem-solving capabilities, multitasking abilities, and the capacity for knowledge retention and recall. These attributes are particularly important for the International voice process.
