Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently according to the prescribed guidelines.
- Perform necessary checks and controls on day 1 and day 2 of processing.
- Ensure timely validation of requests and compliance with turnaround time (TAT).
- Report any exception items to senior management for further attention.
- Adhere to internal policies and processes to maintain process compliance.
- Follow systems and procedures to comply with internal and external audits, aiming for zero exceptions.
- Review and address all exceptions or rejects, bringing them to the attention of seniors.
- Share management information system (MIS) reports on a regular basis.
- Provide prompt response and resolution to branch/business support queries.
- Close referrals with appropriate resolution within the designated TAT.
- Maintain accurate MIS records for the handled process.
- Work towards reducing customer complaints.
- Provide suggestions for process improvement.
