Job Description
We are seeking to hire Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Professionals in the following areas:
Experience: 0 – 1 Years
Job Description:
- Understanding of Integrated Quality Management System.
- Establishing project-defined processes in line with client requirements and IMS.
- Conducting weekly facilitations and publishing reports.
- Performing monthly internal audits and publishing reports.
- Collecting project metrics and performing sanity checks.
- Participating in internal team meetings and project review meetings.
- Taking accountability for assigned responsibilities.
Required Technical Competencies: General Skills:
- Graduation/specialization in Quality Management/Statistics is mandatory.
- Knowledge of software engineering concepts and programming languages such as C, C++, or Java.
- Understanding of data analysis and statistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Analytical skills with a positive attitude and quick learning ability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Standards and Models:
- Basic understanding and awareness of Process Excellence standards and models like ISO and CMMI.
- Familiarity with commonly used standards and models.
- Limited practical experience in their application.
Measurements and Improvement:
- Basic concepts of measurements and improvement.
- Awareness of the importance of measuring performance and using data for improvement.
