Job Description Danfoss is currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in various business operations to ensure the achievement of business goals and objectives.
- Identify areas for process improvement by analyzing compliance and business metrics.
- Assess strengths and weaknesses within the defined scope of work.
- Evaluate strategies and action plans to establish efficient processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.
- Conduct semantic analysis of undocumented data and business rules.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and cognitive abilities, along with presentation skills.
- Independently document business flow without altering the meaning or creating ambiguity.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis of Remedy Force tickets, either upon request or by providing recommendations and performing the analysis.
- Proficiently handle reporting analysis tasks.
- Understand requirements, perform data analytics, and effectively present insights using dashboards.
Background and Skills:
- 0 to 5 years of experience in analytics and statistics, with a solid educational background.
- Proficiency in the following is essential:
- MS Excel
- MS PowerBI
- Data visualization tools
- Experience with data analytics using Python frameworks.
- Strong customer service and customer success orientation.
- Ability to work in an Agile manner within multidisciplinary data and analytics teams, coordinating resources from different areas to achieve project and scrum outcomes.
- Deliver data and analytics expertise and solutions that provide commercial and customer value to address business challenges.
