Content moderators are at the forefront, contributing to the improvement of online content quality and safety while gaining valuable job experience. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content, as well as investigating, escalating, and resolving issues reported by users or flagged by the system. Content moderation can be challenging, as individuals may come across objectionable or sensitive content. Resilience and coping skills are essential for this role. We prioritize the well-being of our employees and provide the necessary support and resources to carry out their responsibilities. Organize, categorize, and publish content and information using specific tools and channels Review, classify, and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels Stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines Investigate, resolve, and report complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team within agreed-upon timelines and quality standards Advocate for the user community Engage in conversations related to socially sensitive topics to ensure community safety Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance work quality and efficiency Take part in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions to foster optimal development in the role
