Commencing in September 2023, the Technology Leadership Graduate Programme consists of three distinct eight-month placements. Each placement will provide invaluable insights into our business and offer opportunities to shape our future direction. Upon successfully completing the first two years, you will have the chance to consolidate your learnings and experiences during the third year of the programme.
Within an inclusive and supportive environment, you will work alongside a diverse and talented group of peers. The Programme will guide you through various rotations, enabling you to refine your skills, develop leadership qualities, and pave your path to success. Expert managers and mentors will provide guidance to help you acquire life-changing skills and excel in your career.

Essential Requirements
- Possession of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, or a Pure Science discipline such as Mathematics and Physics. The degree should have been awarded in 2022 or is expected to be awarded in 2023.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and drive innovation, as well as foster fresh thinking.
- Strong passion for technology.
- Collaborative approach and effective teamwork skills.
- Possession of a valid passport and willingness to travel, if required.
- Fluent proficiency in the English language.
