Role Summary: The role involves coordinating activities related to the Epic System and encompasses tasks such as analyzing, developing, configuring, and implementing Electronic Health Record (EHR) software and related analytics. The analyst will work with minimal supervision and collaborate closely with application teams to understand business needs and configure the system according to end user requirements.
Essential Responsibilities: • Understanding of hospital administration and patient workflows. • Assisting in planning and scheduling meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made. • Demonstrating the ability to multitask and manage complex tasks and projects, while maintaining strong communication and mentorship skills. • Adhering to established policies, procedures, and objectives of the department and organization. • Effectively communicating with management, steering committees, project sponsors, subject matter/technical experts, and fostering a culture of performance excellence.
Required Experience: • Freshers with a solid understanding of hospital workflows and the ability to learn about the provider area of the hospital network. • Analyzing, developing, configuring, testing, and implementing system changes with a focus on maintaining high quality. • Collaborating closely with application teams to understand business needs, document requirements, and configure the system accordingly. • Performing other duties as assigned by the Team Lead or Manager. • Developing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with the end user community.
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in the healthcare industry.
