The position entails the responsibility of ensuring accurate and timely data entry into systems, while meeting SLAs. This includes identifying and resolving errors in Apex Portal, EBX, and SAP, ranging from light to moderate complexity. The candidate should possess the ability to comprehend and effectively communicate data quality issues specific to the data domain.
We are seeking individuals who have completed their undergraduate or postgraduate studies (preferably in 2022 or 2023) and are results-oriented and self-motivated. Experience in data processing, quality assurance, and process improvement is required. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
This role requires the ability to work on multiple tasks with competing timelines under general direction. Familiarity with SAP is preferable, as well as proficiency in MS Excel, specifically the VLOOKUP function. Knowledge of SharePoint and TEAMS is also beneficial. The candidate should be a team player.
