ABOUT THIS JOB

The role of the Data Processing Specialist involves handling client deliverables, coding, and data validation, with a specific focus on industry or category areas such as Beverages, Food, Health and Beauty Products. As a Data Processing Specialist at Nielsen, your responsibility is to create and deliver client outputs accurately and promptly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the main point of contact for commercial inquiries, ensuring timely and client-centered resolution in collaboration with the Client Liaison and Commercial teams.

Identify, investigate, and coordinate the resolution of data, process, or product-related queries.

Efficiently plan and execute a complex daily workload while providing support to meet departmental and company schedules.

Analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in coding, data input validation, and client instruction environments (CIP), and drive the alignment of processes and tools.

Offer accurate and timely feedback to respective country teams, promoting the use of standard operating procedures (SOP) and best practices.

Collaborate with relevant Operations/Enablement teams to ensure the delivery meets client expectations and satisfaction. Engage in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in any field, with preference given to Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, or BBA.

Master’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Excellent organizational skills, ability to work in a team, and meet deadlines.

High attention to detail, proactivity, and accuracy.

Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for data and operational processes.

Project management aptitude, including critical path analysis, task sequencing, problem-solving, etc.

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with a solid understanding of common business language.
