ClearFeed – Software Engineer Intern
Role Overview
In this position, you will play a crucial role in the backend development of our product. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Development and Learning: Creating efficient, clean, and reusable features, libraries, and components.
- Participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and promote knowledge sharing.
- Contributing to discussions on software design and making significant contributions to technology decisions.
- Supporting deployment, monitoring, and testing strategies to improve product reliability and performance.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with team members on various development tasks and projects.
- Adapting to new frameworks and languages as needed to meet project objectives.
- Proactively addressing challenges and assisting in the team’s problem-solving initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Candidates graduating in 2025 with a B.Tech or similar degree and a CGPA of 7.5 or higher.
- Technical Skills: A strong background in backend development, particularly with Node.js and TypeScript. Experience with Sequelize and PostgreSQL is an advantage.
- Interest: A deep interest in backend development and a strong desire to engage with all aspects of SaaS platform development.
- Adaptability: The ability to quickly learn new technologies and frameworks.
- Experience: Familiarity with or willingness to learn about various storage backends such as PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.
- Proactivity: A proactive approach to coding, including writing, reading, and reviewing code.
- Mindset: An agile mindset, with the ability to prioritize effectively and make decisive product decisions.
