Responsibilities:

1. Verify and document customer and business banking account information to ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
2. Validate various regulatory documents submitted by customers.
3. Complete customer requests promptly by following procedures and guidelines.
4. Perform due diligence for all required processing steps and check defined parameters.
5. Escalate any exceptions or deviations to management in a timely manner.
6. Achieve productivity and accuracy targets set for the process.
7. Adhere to all applicable audit compliance policies.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• A graduate with 0-1 year of experience.
• Willingness to work six days a week.
