Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that transactions are processed in accordance with Desktop procedures.
- Meet assigned targets within SLA and Internal standards.
- Maintain transaction quality in compliance with Process Excellence’s predefined parameters.
- Adhere to established attendance schedules.
- Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to read and interpret business documents and communicate in English with internal and external customers when required.
- Escalate issues when necessary.
- Exhibit data gathering abilities and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate teamwork, self-management, and adaptability.
- Thrive in a production-driven environment.
- Embrace change and adapt to new situations.
- Handle routine and standardized transactions efficiently.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education:
- Graduates or Diploma holders with at least 15 years of education.
Experience:
- Freshers.
General and Technical Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient computer navigation skills.
- Good keyboarding speed (greater than 35 words per minute).
- Knowledge about the Insurance industry in the US.
- Familiarity with US culture.
- Understanding of auto and home insurance policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of state underwriting guidelines and procedures, including referral criteria.
- Strong communication skills, including reading, speaking, and interpreting business documents.
- Effective data gathering abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage oneself with adaptability.
- Capability to excel in a production-driven environment and embrace change.
- Proficiency in handling routine and standardized transactions.
- Self-discipline and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
