JOB DESCRIPTION
The Trainee holds the responsibility for configuring and testing Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administrationâ„¢ (TBA) System to fulfill our clients’ specific requirements.
The configuring process entails utilizing proprietary systems and tools to establish and adjust tables/parameters in the TBA System according to the analysis provided.
Regarding testing, the Trainee is accountable for creating test cases and test data and subsequently executing test activities based on guidance from the SA (System Analyst).
This role is designed as an entry-level position, suitable for applicants possessing strong skill sets in programming (logical reasoning, analytical skills), systems configuration, and testing related to systems that support human resource functions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Client Knowledge and Delivery:
- Reviewing client requirements documents and preliminary test plans while adhering to due dates and supporting client delivery priorities.
- Seeking clarification on stated requirements and making efficient use of the handoff time.
- Utilizing relevant problem-solving resources when necessary.
- Escalating issues as appropriate.
- Assisting with analysis and/or test planning using typical client requirements documentation.
- Identifying necessary test cases.
- Creating and completing test plans with required test case details.
- Configuring the system according to analysis specifications.
- Documenting relevant configuration details in analysis specifications.
- Addressing and resolving issues identified during test execution.
- Demonstrating the ability to stress test the system.
Qualifications:
- Qualification:
- B.Tech / BE (CS, IT, and ECE) / MCA only.
- Only 2023 passouts eligible.
- Health and Welfare (HW) Tech specialization.
