Job Description
Role Overview:
We are actively seeking enthusiastic recent graduates in Software Engineering who are dedicated to conceptualizing, crafting, and evaluating software solutions.
Our team of Software Engineering Graduates will be accountable for gathering end-user requisites, delineating system functionalities, and scripting code in a range of languages, including Java, Python, and .NET.
Our preferred candidates should be well-versed in the software development life cycle (SDLC), proficiently navigating the spectrum from preliminary system scrutiny to comprehensive testing and eventual deployment. Their overarching objective is to construct pioneering, top-notch software that adheres to coding conventions and technical blueprints.
Primary Responsibilities:
Execute engineering tasks within the software development life cycle and execute software projects Compose efficient, scalable code and formulate both Front-end and Back-end modules to augment reactivity and overall efficacy Integrate user-facing components into applications Thoroughly inspect and rectify programs while enhancing the operation of existing systems Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines through the assimilation of DevOps methodologies, automating manual functions Regularly apprise supervisors on ongoing tasks, ensuring a consistent flow of communication Promote seamless cooperation within and between teams, facilitating the judicious allocation of essential resources and information Collaborate adeptly in project meetings and across associated teams Highlight impediments that hinder task advancement Key Competencies:
Demonstrating a robust academic foundation, sustaining a score of 60% (8+ CGPA) or higher throughout the academic journey Eligibility for 2022 or 2023 graduation in Computer Science, IT, or Information Sciences Exhibiting acute analytical acumen and adeptness in troubleshooting Exhibiting adeptness in both written and verbal communication Displaying finesse in presentation skills Exhibiting a proficient grasp of programming languages like Java or Python, deemed essential Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and Design Concepts Proficiency in devising SQL queries and comprehending database schemas Possessing substantial knowledge of data structures and algorithms Command of code versioning tools, such as Git Sound comprehension of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Familiarity with diverse software development methodologies, encompassing both waterfall and agile approaches Acquaintance with programming paradigms and effective troubleshooting methodologies Prior experience in creating at least one coding project during high school or engineering studies
