Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify gaps in product usage and offer actionable solutions to customers.
  2. Re-onboard and provide re-training for clients on the platform to help them extract more value. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including IT, Infosec, Branding, etc., to ensure successful platform implementation.
  3. Cultivate value-based relationships with customers and nurture Xoxoday champions.
  4. Conduct Strategic Business Reviews (EBRs and QBRs) to comprehend customer lifecycle milestones, articulate the product’s value, and demonstrate ROI.
  5. Facilitate desired customer outcomes through a consultative approach.
  6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in collaboration with the Account Managers.
  7. Effectively project manage the entire client relationship, acting as the voice of the customer within Xoxoday, and maintaining timely communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Collaborate and brainstorm with the product team to incorporate customer feedback into refining the product roadmap.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute customer surveys, case studies, etc.
  10. Streamline existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives.
  11. Foster customer advocacy through reviews, testimonials, and customer meetups, creating a center of excellence within the customer’s organization.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in learning and organizing tasks using various project management tools like JIRA, Notion, Gitbook, Docs, Excel, Hubspot, etc.
  2. Fundamental understanding of Enterprise IT systems, integration terminology, firewall, infosec, and privacy policies.
  3. Willingness to adapt to different time zones as per business requirements.
  4. Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with Global Customers.
  5. Demonstrate an exceptional ability to communicate and cultivate positive business relationships.
  6. Display a deep understanding of customer concerns and perspectives regarding product usage.
  7. Prior experience in managing customers across diverse segments and the ability to tailor management approaches accordingly.
  8. Possess a genuine passion for customer satisfaction and success.
