Job Description

Job Description:

• Provide technical support to Sales for generating RFQs.
• Qualify and assess the risk of opportunities.
• Work on techno-commercial proposals and necessary documents (e.g., Schematic, BOM, Cost sheet) pre-order.
• Handle post-order technical work and documentation, including customer approval.
• Collaborate with customers, Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs), Business Units (BUs), and vendors throughout the project.
• Cultivate close relationships with customers and gain valuable insights.
• Conduct concept prove-outs and prototyping with proper documentation.
• Manage project documentation, including Loss Order Analysis and Lesson Learned reports.
• Contribute to the development and promotion of future technologies, products, and solutions.
• Conduct technical training and awareness sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics engineering with 0 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in ACAD, MS-Office (SAP optional), and familiarity with new-age software.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and logical reasoning.
• Awareness of industry and technology trends, as well as knowledge of competitors.
