Job Description
Unisys is currently seeking an Enterprise Associate – Salesforce Developer for hire!
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Execute Tier 1 specific tasks while operating under general supervision.
- Serve as a Tier 1 escalation point for clearly defined incidents and basic problems.
- Provide support and upkeep for servers, networks, messaging systems, mainframes, database environments, and/or host infrastructures.
- Offer assistance for customer proprietary, COTS, or Unisys applications.
- Address service outages and other problems or issues.
- Deliver support for straightforward troubleshooting requirements.
- Execute incident restoration and implement standard changes.
- Collaborate with vendors following SOPs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Possess a university degree or an equivalent education and experience.
- Exhibit proficiency in both verbal and written communication, as well as logical and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate the capability to support multiple clients and technologies as part of shared support delivery.
- Assess business requirements and determine potential Salesforce-enabled components (Identify when to utilize customization versus configuration).
