Job Location: Hyderabad

What would you do? You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical to assist in managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations, and addressing complaints from dissatisfied customers, ensuring optimal resolutions. Your responsibilities will include closing faults and complaints within SLAs. As a member of the IT Help desk team, you will support in resolving application-related technical issues. Your communication will predominantly be through voice interaction, as well as email, web tickets, and remote support. This position is part of our Customer Service Technology Support team, focusing on providing technical assistance for specific systems, software, and infrastructure while troubleshooting technical problems.
